By now, you probably have seen and heard all about 2016 Cadillac CTS-V Sedan. 6.2 liter supercharged its LT4 V8 makes 640 horsepower and 630 lb-ft of torque mated to a new 8-speed 8L90 automatic transmission GM superhard architecture for third-generation Magnetic Ride Control, and almost perfect balance, 2016 CTS- V is a beast through and through. But how it compares with the competition? In a word, very, very good.
Now the third generation CTS-V is a proper diet sedan to market, rather than a vehicle that rides up the compact segment and just like its predecessor, the 2016 Cadillac CTS-VÂ two car straight in its crosshairs: BMW M5 and Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG.
Right off the bat, the 2016 Cadillac CTS-V is (much) is more powerful rivals its coal and has the nháº¥t cogs GEARBOX its print. It’s quite a bit lighter cÅ©ng and has a top speed Highest charcoal the M5 (Mercedes-Benz does not disclose the top speed of its E63 AMG). It’s cÅ©ng -a half-second to 60 mph Faster Than The M5, but the Benz is 0.1 and 0.2 seconds Quicker Than The Caddy.
But what the figures do not tell us is how it feels to drive the new CTS-V as opposed to BMW and Benz. But if the third criterion-gen CTS is any indication, then it is likely to provide a better driving experience than its German competitor … especially with all the accessories to the overall structure and chassis of the CTS. Which is to say that we simply can not wait to drive it when it launches in 2015. Until then, ths spec-level comparison will be done.
